Expect locally sourced ingredients such as regional cheeses, Livar pork, Limburg’s cloister pig, and the finest wines from the area, like those from St. Martinus. From appetizer to dessert, everything is prepared with care and passion. All of this is served in a charming setting with a view of the historic Oude Watermolen. The Bistro
In the bar/bistro, located next to the restaurant, you can enjoy drinks and savor delicious items from our small menu. In the summer, the terrace with a view of the castle pond offers the perfect spot to soak up the sun. The kitchen closes at 9:30 PM, but you are more than welcome to linger and enjoy your evening afterward.

Every day, we serve a delicious breakfast in the castle. This is the best way to start your day! Our freshly baked artisanal breads are the centerpiece of our buffet. Choose from a wide variety of toppings, including regional cheeses and honey from a local beekeeper. Enjoy delicious croissants, a fresh egg, hot dishes, and various plant-based alternatives. Complete your breakfast with carefully selected coffee, tea, juices, fruit, and dairy. Enjoy!
