At Die Alde Heerlickheijt, we select only the finest ingredients for a perfect taste experience. That’s why we have our own herb garden on the estate of Château Holtmühle. Dishes are flavored with freshly picked thyme, mint, or basil. A garden full of flavors that inspires our chefs daily to cook with pure, fresh ingredients.

This special place is maintained by volunteers. If the flag is flying, you are warmly welcome to enjoy this beautiful garden. It’s also a wonderful spot to read a book on a nice day.
