Trattoria Artusi

A flavorful journey, inspired by the master's own story

Trattoria Artusi

Pellegrino Artusi, the founder of Italian cuisine, was able to bring together the diversity of Italy in his book 'The Science of Cooking and the Art of Eating Well'. His travels across the country inspired him to document the flavors, customs, and traditions that make Italy so unique. That same inspiration forms the foundation of Trattoria Artusi. In this restaurant, you not only taste the classic Italian cuisine but also experience the ambiance of Italy. From a floor that recalls the Marche region to paintings depicting Italian life, everything exudes authenticity. The chefs cook according to Artusi's philosophy: with the finest ingredients, often local, and always with passion. Fine dining, Italian style.

“What fascinates me about Pellegrino Artusi is his passion for flavor. He traveled all over Italy to taste regional dishes and write about them. And not in a standard cookbook, but in a collection of stories full of humor.”
