Parking
Parking is free at the parking lot of Hotel De Bilderberg. The hotel has several charging stations for electric vehicles.
Check-in times and other information
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. You do not need a credit card to make a reservation; payment is made at the hotel. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival (does not apply to discounted rates).
Children
Hotel De Bilderberg is also a great place to stay for children. With a forest in the backyard and plenty to do, everyone will have the time of their life. It is possible to add an extra (children's) bed to our deluxe rooms. For children up to and including 11 years old, you only pay for the cost of adding an extra (children's) bed and for the breakfast when booking an overnight stay with breakfast. A baby crib can be placed in any room.
Pets
Dogs are welcome at Hotel De Bilderberg for €35 per night, per pet (maximum of 1 dog per room). From the hotel, you can walk straight into the Bilderberg forests. Dogs are welcome in our comfort rooms, but please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurants and wellness areas.
