You may check in at Résidence Groot Heideborgh from 3 p.m. each day. But don’t worry if you need to arrive earlier. If your room isn’t ready yet, we will be happy to store your luggage for you. Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, we would like to receive a notification. This is not necessary if an advance payment has been made or your credit card details serve as a guarantee.
You may use your room until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Wish to check out at a later time? This is possible for a fee, provided the room is available. Please contact the hotel regarding this option.
Free parking is available in the spacious car park at the hotel. For loading and unloading you can temporarily park directly in front of the entrance of the hotel. If you have mobility problems, we can reserve a parking space near the entrance.
Hotel Résidence Groot Heideborgh has eight charging stations for electric vehicles.
From 'Putten' train station, take bus 107 in the direction of 'Ede-Wageningen' train station. Get off at the 'Hooiweg' bus stop. From this stop, it takes seven minutes to walk to the hotel. Head south on the 'Hogesteeg' and after 290 metres, you will see the hotel on your right-hand side.
As a guest of Résidence Groot Heideborgh, you are welcome to use our fitness facilities, which includes a number of cardio machines. The fitness room is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
As a guest of Hotel Résidence Groot Heideborgh, you can use our indoor swimming pool and sauna. The swimming pool is open every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The sauna is open on reservation. Please note that bathing attire is required in the pool and sauna.
Our wellness facilities include a solarium and infrared room are available for your private use. In our wellness, we work with high-quality products and personal attention. For this reason, availability is limited. If you would like to use the Wellness, it is advisable to make your wishes known early.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming your reservation. You will pay upon your arrival at the hotel (except if you book at the special Value rate, which requires a credit card payment).
It is possible to make changes to your reservation online. At the bottom of the confirmation e-mail you received for your reservation, you will find a button marked ‘change my reservation’. Clicking this button will direct you to the booking page, where you can adjust your reservation. We are, of course, also happy to offer you individual help by e-mail or over the phone.
The total cost of your reservation consists of the costs of your stay plus a service charge and a tourist tax. The service charge applies to all guests of age 12 and older and is a standard fee of € 3.40 per person per night. The tourist tax is set by the relevant municipal authorities and will therefore differ from one hotel to the next.
Cancellation is at no charge until 24 hours before the day of arrival. After this, or if you do not show up, 100 percent of the costs of the first night or the package will be charged on your credit card. This is not valid with the special Value rate.
You no longer need to compare, you will receive the best price for your stay via the Bilderberg website and you will receive a discount on Bilderberg's extensive breakfast. Moreover, you have a choice of all room types that are available at the hotel. For example, choose a deluxe suite, suite with balcony or luxury apartment.
Yes, children are more than welcome at Résidence Groot Heideborgh. It is possible to place an extra (children's) bed in various rooms. When you book a room with breakfast, for children 11 years or under you only pay for the extra (children’s) bed. Learn more.
Yes, Résidence Groot Heideborgh has a family suite. Two spacious rooms, bathroom with shower in bath, kitchen and sitting room. In the Deluxe suites it is possible to place a maximum of two (children's) beds (for a fee).
Children with the age 11 and under stay for free when you book an overnight stay including breakfast. In that case, you will pay only the fees for the use of an additional crib or bed. For package deals that include dinner or other extra amenities, a reduced rate will apply to children.
It is possible to put the invoice of your stay in the name of the company. Please mention this when making the reservation. Are you not making the reservation yourself? Then we ask you to inform us when you arrive at the hotel.
There is no loyalty programme for business guests.

In a meeting room, you will find: two flip charts, a beamer with screen and a conference box. In the conference box, we have useful items for the meeting: post-its, markers, name tags, scrap paper and more.
The meeting rooms at Résidence Groot Heideborg, excluding the six inspiration rooms, are air-conditioned.

Yes, dogs are welcome to stay at Résidence Groot Heideborgh for an added fee of € 35,00 per night. You can bring a maximum of two dogs. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or in our wellness facilities. If you’d like to bring your dog to breakfast, you are welcome to sit in the Grand Café. The hotel will provide food and water dishes in your room along with a mat and doggie treats.
Résidence Groot Heideborgh has two disabled-friendly rooms available.
Because we are eager to ensure a pleasant experience for every guest, we make it a priority to accommodate their wishes/requirements whenever possible. If you inform us of your wishes in advance, we can let you know what is possible.
Breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays and from 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the weekends.
Lunch is available daily between noon and 5 p.m. in the Grand Café. Dinner guests are welcome daily from 6 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
Résidence Groot Heideborgh has 85 rooms, of which 33 air-conditioned rooms (only on the 2nd floor).
It is possible to rent men's, women's and children's bicycles at the hotel. The costs are € 20,00 per day per bike. It is also possible to rent electric bicycles for € 30.00 per day per bike. We recommend making a reservation in advance.

This depends on which hotel you are staying at. Résidence Groot Heideborgh does not accept nationwide gift cards, such as a VVV cadeaukaart.
