Enjoy flavorful dishes in our restaurant that change with the seasons and are inspired by the forested surroundings. Be surprised by comfort food with a French foundation and a European twist. At Bilderberg Hotel ’t Speulderbos, we offer two different dining concepts: an à la carte menu or the Foodcourt (live cooking with a buffet). These are available on different evenings. During holidays and festive periods, we also offer a special kids' buffet, where little guests can choose their favorite dishes themselves!

Everything is freshly made, using ingredients that match the season and region, so you can always expect the best flavors and quality. We also cater to children, with a special kids' buffet on weekends and during holiday periods.

"We have eaten two evenings in the renewed restaurant of the Speulderbos. Both days given a different interpretation to the buffet, so you do not eat the same thing for two days. Despite the crowds on Friday and Saturday, there was a good refill and you didn't miss out on one of the tasty dishes. It is also very nice that a chef will prepare live fish and meat for you."
